All applicants must go through our thorough screening process. This process includes employment verification, screening credit, criminal background, and total income. Financial Reporting

We process owner payments on the 8th after we receive rent. If either of these dates fall on a holiday, they will be processed the next business day. We encourage owners to sign up for direct deposit through our online portal, as this is the quickest way to receive owner payments. We maintain records of all payments and send end-of-month reports every month so you can stay informed about your financial transactions, track any maintenance expenses, and have a transparent overview of your account activity.

Eviction Assistance

If a tenant does not pay their rent by the 5th, we contact them directly to inform them of their delinquency. We take delinquency very seriously, and if the payment isn’t received upon contact, we inform you, and advise you on the next steps, whether it’s further attempts to secure rent, or eviction proceedings.
